All Fleuriquen products include a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or production defects
- Loose seams, stitching errors, or construction flaws
- Faulty buttons, straps, closures, trims, or decorative details
- Product defects or imperfections present upon arrival
- Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
- Damage caused during shipping
If your issue qualifies under this warranty, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation and product availability.
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, improper care, or alterations
- Accidental damage such as tears, burns, stains, pulls, or scratches
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
- Color fading or fabric changes caused by incorrect washing or high heat
- Items returned with strong odors such as smoke, perfume, detergent, or chemicals
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items where stated
These situations are not treated as product quality defects.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Approved Warranty Solutions
If your warranty claim is approved, we may provide one of the following solutions:
- Free replacement of the same item, size, and color, subject to availability
- Full or partial refund to the original payment method, depending on the issue
- Store credit for a future purchase
For approved warranty claims, Fleuriquen will cover the related return or replacement shipping costs when applicable.
5. Warranty Timeframe
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
